Install your eSIM

Your eSIM installs from inside the Simp app - no QR code, no shop. It takes about a minute, and your old SIM keeps working until you switch.
Steps
Check your phone is eSIM-readyiPhone XS or newer. Go to Settings > Mobile Service (or Mobile Data) - if you see "Add eSIM", you are set.
Open the Simp app and tap Install eSIMStay on Wi-Fi. The app hands the eSIM straight to your phone - there is no code to scan.

Follow the promptsTap Add eSIM when iOS asks, then label the line Simp so you can tell it apart from your old one.
Set Simp as your data lineSettings > Mobile Data > Mobile Data, then pick Simp. Your AI number goes live straight away.
- Check your phone is eSIM-readyMost Pixel, Samsung Galaxy S and Z phones from 2020 on. Look for Add eSIM under Settings > Network.

- Confirm the downloadAndroid asks once to download the profile. Tap Download, then Turn on when it finishes.
- Set Simp as your data lineSettings > Network > SIMs > Mobile data, then pick Simp. Your AI number goes live straight away.
Moving your number across?Keep your old SIM in until the switch completes. Your number moves the next working day after you enter your PAC code.If it does not work
Restart your phone and check you are on Wi-Fi, then try again from the app. Still nothing? My eSIM will not activate covers the rest.
