SIMP - PRIZE DRAW TERMS AND CONDITIONS

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Introduction
   1. The "Spin" prize draw ("Draw") is operated by SIMP Industries Ltd, doing business as Simp.
   2. Participation in the Draw constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Eligibility
   1. The Draw is open to all paying customers of Simp.
   2. Employees, agents, or affiliates of Simp and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.
3. Entry
   1. Entry is available to every paying customer. Eligible customers receive a token to enter the Draw, which must be claimed to participate.
   2. Tokens may be distributed at Simp's discretion but will always be done fairly and equally among customers.
4. Prize Details
   1. Prizes include both internal prizes (usable as part of Simp's mobile product) and third-party prizes.
   2. Prizes from external manufacturers do not establish an affiliation between Simp and the third-party manufacturers. Apple and Google are not involved in any way with the prize draw.
   3. Some prizes have a limited redemption period. If not redeemed within this time, they expire and cannot be claimed.
   4. Prizes are awarded at Simp's discretion and are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
   5. Simp reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without prior notice.
5. Winner Selection
   1. Winners will be selected by an algorithm operating at random. This process is designed to ensure fairness and independence.
   2. Simp reserves the right to withhold or withdraw prizes in the event of non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions.
6. Notification and Prize Claim
   1. Winners will be notified via the Simp Mobile app or the email provided in their account information.
   2. If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim their prize within the stipulated time, the prize may be forfeited.
7. Frequency of Draw
   1. The frequency and timing of the Draw are at the sole discretion of Simp.
8. Liability
   1. Simp accepts no liability for any damage, loss, or injury suffered by any participant entering the Draw or as a result of accepting any prize.
   2. Simp does not guarantee the quality or functionality of third-party prizes and is not responsible for any defects or issues with said products.
9. Publicity and Privacy
   1. By accepting a prize, winners agree to participate in any reasonable promotional activity relating to the Draw as requested by Simp.
   2. Personal data provided will be used in accordance with Simp's privacy policy.
10. General
    1. Simp reserves the right to amend or withdraw the Draw and these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
    2. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
