Spins Official Rules
Version 1.0. Last updated October 12, 2026
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND DOES NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
These are the official rules of Spins, a sweepstakes run by Simp. When you take part, these rules are an agreement between you and us.
1. Sponsor
Spins is run by Simp Industries Ltd. Registered in England and Wales, company number 16366317. Registered office: 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ. ("Simp", "we" or "us"). Questions about Spins go to hello@simpmobile.com.
Apple and Google are not sponsors of Spins and are not involved in it in any way.
2. Who can take part
- You must be a legal resident of one of the 50 states or the District of Columbia.
- You must be 18 or older, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher.
- Employees, officers and directors of Simp, anyone who works on Spins for us, and their immediate families and households cannot take part.
- One person, one account. You may not take part through anyone else's account or request.
Spins is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Entry periods
Spins runs until we end it. Each calendar month, in Eastern Time, is a separate entry period. Spins not used by the end of an entry period lapse.
4. How to take part
Spins with a plan. Simp+ comes with spins (1 a week), and Simp Pro comes with spins (1 a day). You take a spin in the Simp app and see the result straight away. You cannot buy spins on their own.
Free spin. No purchase necessary. To get a free spin, email hello@simpmobile.com with the subject 'Free spin'. One per person per month. Include your full name and the state you live in. We run the spin for you, with the same odds as a paid spin, and email you the result.
Requests sent by script, in bulk or on someone else's behalf are void.
5. How winners are chosen
The result of every spin is decided at the moment of the spin by a random computer process. Every spin, paid or free, has the same odds of winning.
6. Prizes and odds
Prizes are credit on a Simp bill or coins. The prizes on offer, and the odds of winning each one, are shown on the spins screen before you spin, and are the same for a free spin.
You can win up to $5 in an entry period with the spins that come with Simp+, and up to $13 in an entry period with the spins that come with Simp Pro. A free spin can win up to $13 in an entry period. Once you reach your limit, your remaining spins in that period cannot win.
How prizes are given. A credit comes off your next payment. Coins are added to your account and follow the coin rules in our terms of service. If you win with a free spin and do not have a Simp plan, your prize is held for 30 days and can be used only if you join within that time; otherwise it is forfeited.
Prizes cannot be transferred, sold or swapped for cash. We may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
7. Taxes
You are responsible for any tax on what you win. If the law requires it, we may ask you for a tax form before giving a prize.
8. Fair play
We may void spins and disqualify anyone who tampers with Spins, uses more than one account, takes part by script, gives false details or otherwise breaks these rules. Before giving a prize, we may check that you meet these rules.
If fraud, a technical fault or anything else outside our control affects the fairness of Spins, we may correct it, pause Spins or end an entry period early. We are not responsible for free spin requests that are lost, late, incomplete or sent to the wrong address.
We may change these rules for a future entry period. We never change the prizes or limits of an entry period that has already started, except as this section allows.
9. Your information
We use your information to run Spins, check that you can take part and give you your prize, as our privacy policy explains. Asking for a free spin does not add you to any marketing list.
10. Disputes
Any dispute about Spins is decided by binding individual arbitration as section 18 of our terms of service says, including the class action waiver and the right to opt out within 30 days. If you are not a Simp customer, you agree to that section when you ask for a free spin. These rules are governed by the Federal Arbitration Act, other federal law of the United States, and the law of the state where you live.
