About your simp
What is a simp?

Your AI persona. It has its own phone number and makes real calls for you, like booking a table, asking a shop a question or chasing a refund. Just tell it what you need in the app.

Does it call without asking me?

No. It never calls without your say-so. On Simp Pro, autonomous mode is your say-so given in advance, as rules you set for your AI apps.

What does my simp know about me?

Only what you add in the app and choose to share. You decide what it can say on a call.

What can it actually do?

Book, ask, chase, follow up and plenty more. On Simp+ and Simp Pro you can also schedule calls or set them to repeat.

What are AI minutes?

The time your simp spends on calls. Plan minutes reset every month. Top-up minutes last 60 days from when you buy them.

What happens if I run out?

Top up in the app or on the website, in packs of 10, 20 or 30 minutes.

Can I use Simp from my AI assistant?

Yes, from AI apps like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Muse, on every plan. Simp Pro adds autonomous mode: your say-so given in advance, as rules you set for your AI apps.

Which plan is right for me?

Simp AI if you just want the AI and the essentials. Simp+ for scheduled and repeating calls and more minutes. Simp Pro adds more minutes and autonomous mode: your say-so given in advance, as rules you set for your AI apps.

Does Simp replace my phone plan?

No. Your simp works from its own AI number, alongside the phone plan you already have.

When do I pay?

On the day you join, the full price for a whole month, or 3 months if you pay upfront. After that, on the same date each period, or on the last day of a shorter month. An upgrade or an add-on you buy part-way through is charged for the rest of that period. A move to a smaller plan, a change to how often you pay, or a cancellation starts at the end of the period you've paid for.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel anytime and your plan stays active until the end of your current billing period, then it won't renew. What you get back if you cancel is set out in our terms.
