How does the AI calling work?
You tell Simp what you need, in the app or through your AI assistant. Your chosen persona places a real phone call from your AI number, has the conversation, and reports back with the outcome and a written summary. You can watch it live or ignore it entirely.
What can my simp actually do?
Book tables and appointments, chase deliveries and refunds, negotiate bills, sit on hold for up to 6 minutes, and screen spam. It handles the kind of call that eats your time and gains you nothing. Some people also send their simp to ring their mum, or check in on a mate. We are not saying you should - we are just saying nobody has complained yet.
Can I use ChatGPT with Simp?
Yes, that is the point. Ask ChatGPT to make something happen that needs a phone call and it hands the call to Simp. Your persona makes it and the result comes back into your chat. It works the same way across 10+ AI apps - Claude, Gemini, Muse and the rest - so whichever one you already use, Simp is the voice on the end of it.
What if I run out of AI minutes?
You can top up on any plan. Every plan includes a monthly AI minute allowance - 20 minutes on Simp AI, 30 on Simp+, 50 on Simp Pro - and if you get through it, buy more minutes in the app whenever you need them. No upgrade required, and your allowance resets every month.
Am I always in control of what my simp does?
Yes. Nothing with a real commitment attached happens without you. Your persona asks before it agrees to a price, and before it cancels or commits to something on your behalf. You can mark any detail as sensitive, and your simp asks you every time before using it. You decide up front which details it is allowed to use, and it cannot go beyond that list.
Does ChatGPT get to make calls on its own?
Not unless you let it. It never calls without your say-so. When ChatGPT, Claude, Muse or any other assistant hands a task to Simp, you see what is about to happen and approve it before your persona dials, or, on a plan with autonomous mode, it follows your say-so given in advance, as rules you set for your AI apps. The assistant can request a call - only you can authorise one.
Is my data private?
