Which eSIM is using my data?

Your phone uses one line for data at a time.

With two lines on your phone, your phone picks one for data and one for calls by default. If data isn't working, the wrong line is usually set for data.

On iPhone it's Settings, Mobile Service, Mobile Data; on Android, Settings, Network and internet, SIMs. Sign in and we'll walk you through it.

  • At home and in Europe: your UK eSIM for data.
  • Outside Europe: the global roaming eSIM for data.
  • Keeping a line from another network? Choose which one makes calls by default, and you can still pick per call.
