My simp's call didn't go to plan. What now?

Calls don't always land first time, so your simp tries again a few times on its own, and unanswered attempts don't use minutes.

Even the best simps get ghosted sometimes.

No answer, busy or cut off? Your simp tries again up to 3 times: after 5 minutes, 30 minutes and 2 hours. You can see it in Activity, and stop retries or cancel there. Unanswered attempts don't use minutes.

Voicemail? Your simp follows your voicemail setting: hang up, leave a message, or ask you each time.

Long hold? Your simp waits up to 5 minutes, then checks in with you.

Out of minutes? If your AI minutes run out, the call ends straight away.

Failed? Tap Try again on the task.

Your simp got something wrong? Tell us which call, within 30 days of it, and we'll look at the transcript with you.
