What are AI minutes, and what counts?

AI minutes tick only while your simp is on the phone, making or taking calls, hold music included.

What counts: every minute your simp spends on a call, calls it makes and calls it answers, including time on hold. Calls to numbers abroad use AI minutes too.

What doesn't: unanswered or failed call attempts, your hello call and other set-up calls, the part of a call you take over and talk on yourself, and calls with Simp support.

Your monthly minutes: 10 on Simp AI, 10 on Simp+ and 20 on Simp Pro. They refill on your billing date each month and don't roll over.

Top-ups are used after your monthly minutes, and last 60 days.
