How do I move my eSIM to a new phone?

Get the Simp app on your new phone and sign in.

Your number belongs to you, not the phone, so moving is easy.

Open the app on your new phone. Sign in, and the app notices you're on a new phone and offers to replace your eSIM. Tap it, install the new eSIM, and you're done. Your old phone loses its Simp line once the new one is in. This is your UK eSIM. Your global roaming eSIM doesn't need replacing.

Your phone's own eSIM transfer won't work. iPhone and Android can move some eSIMs between phones by themselves, but not your Simp eSIM. Always get a new one from the Simp app.

What it costs. Moving phone counts as a new eSIM: your first each billing month is free, and after that each is £1.

Before you wipe the old phone, make sure the new one has signal on your Simp line. Your AI number, simps and settings come with you when you sign in to the app.
