How do I leave Simp and keep my number?

Cancel your plan in the Simp app (Your profile, then Your account, then Cancel plan), then get your transfer code (PAC) on that screen. Or text PAC to 65075 from your Simp phone without cancelling.

Sad to see you go (we'll be fine, probably), but your number is yours to take.

1. Cancel your plan in the Simp app: Your profile, then Your account, then Cancel plan. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you've paid for.

2. Get your transfer code (PAC) on the same screen once you've cancelled.

3. Give it to your new provider and they move your number across.

Rather not cancel first? Text PAC to 65075 from your Simp phone and you'll get the code without cancelling. Your plan keeps running and is billed until your number moves, then it ends for you. If a new billing period starts before your number moves, that period is still due.

Not keeping the number? Just cancel in the Simp app.

Your AI number can't be moved to another provider. It stays with Simp and is released when your plan ends. On Simp AI it's the only number you have with us, so there's no transfer code to get: just cancel.
