How do I sign in, and what if I can't?
Sign in the same way you joined, with Apple or Google.
No passwords to forget. You're welcome.
You sign in to the Simp app and the dashboard with Continue with Apple or Continue with Google, whichever you used when you joined.
Can't get in?
- Signed in but can't see your plan or numbers? You almost certainly joined with the other one: Google instead of Apple, or the other way round. Sign out and sign in with the one you joined with.
- Lost access to your Apple or Google account, or forgotten its password? Recover it with Apple or Google directly. They hold the keys, we just borrow them. Once you're back in, sign in to Simp as normal.

Joined with Apple and hid your email? That's fine. Our emails go to your Apple private relay address, which forwards them to you.
Changing your name or email. These come from your Apple or Google account, so change them there.
