How does a call on my behalf work?

Tell your simp who to ring and what you need, and it handles the call while you get on with your day.

You set it up, your simp does the talking. You were never a phone person anyway.

Ideas to start with: book a table, negotiate a bill, sit on hold with customer support, sort plans with a friend or organise something with family. On iPhone you can also long-press a phone number and choose Call with Simp.

During the call you can listen in live, follow along in the live transcript in the app, send your simp a note with extra instructions, or take over the call yourself. If it needs an answer from you, it pops the other person on hold and asks: see Why is my simp asking me something during a call?

Afterwards you get a summary and a full written transcript in Activity, there for 30 days.

Calls use AI minutes while your simp is on the line. The part you take over is on us.
