How do I get a new eSIM?

You can get a new eSIM yourself: tap Replace eSIM in the Simp app.

You might need a new UK eSIM if you deleted it by accident, changed phone or wiped your phone. Your global roaming eSIM never needs replacing.

How to get one. Tap Replace eSIM in the Simp app and follow the steps. It takes a few minutes.

What it costs. Your first new eSIM each billing month is free. Any more in the same billing month are £1 each, paid when you ask for it.

Good to know. Once your new eSIM is installed, the old one stops working for good, so install it on the phone you're keeping.
