Ask your simp to call your surgery, now or for when the lines open. It rings from your AI number, waits through the queue and books the first slot that works for you with reception.

What it shares. Only the details you allow for that call, like your date of birth and postcode. They're cleared when the call ends.

If the surgery needs you. Some surgeries only book with the patient, and sometimes reception asks something your simp wasn't given. Only then does it put you through, and you finish the booking yourself.
