What the plan includes

  • A UK mobile line on an eSIM, with unlimited UK data, calls and texts under our fair use policy: up to 750GB of data, 4,000 minutes and 2,000 texts in each billing month. Your billing month starts on the day of the month your plan started, or on the last day of the month if that month is shorter, including when you pay every 3 months.
  • Global data roaming in 143 destinations, on a data-only global eSIM: 5GB a month at full local 5G speed, then unlimited 4G at 0.5Mbps to 2Mbps, under a fair use limit of 20GB a month.
  • Roaming in Europe on your UK eSIM, at the same speeds as in the UK: up to 20GB a month, on up to 15 days in each billing month. From day 16 of a billing month, roaming in Europe is suspended until your next billing month starts.
  • An AI number of your own, and a simp that makes calls for you from it.
  • 20 AI minutes each billing month.
  • Autonomous mode for connected AI apps.
  • Spins: 1 a day, as set out in the rewards terms.

How long it lasts, renewal and cancelling

You pay for 3 months up front. Your plan renews automatically for the same period, at the price at that time, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in the Simp app: cancelling stops the next renewal, and your plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for. There is no refund for the rest of a period you have paid for. Moving to a lower plan, changing how often you pay, and cancelling all take effect at the end of the payment period you have paid for.

If you cancel within 14 days of joining, we refund what you paid, less the part of the billing period you have used. For example, if you cancel on day 10 of a 30-day month, you get two thirds back. The cancellation form is in the terms.

Mobile data speeds

These are estimates for your UK line. Your actual speed depends on where you are, the device you use and how busy the network is.

NetworkTypical downloadTypical uploadEstimated maximum downloadEstimated maximum upload
5G100Mbps to 250Mbps10Mbps to 25Mbps600Mbps60Mbps
4G20Mbps to 50Mbps5Mbps to 15Mbps150Mbps50Mbps

Roaming speeds. In Europe, your UK eSIM runs at the speeds above. Outside Europe, on the global eSIM, your 5G allowance runs at the full speed of the local network, typically 60Mbps to 250Mbps download and 10Mbps to 40Mbps upload, depending on the country and the coverage where you are. After that, data is unlimited at 4G speed, 0.5Mbps to 2Mbps, under a fair use limit of 20GB a month. That 4G speed is our own limit, so it is the same in every country.

If your speed is often below these estimates, tell us at hello@simpmobile.com. If we cannot put it right, you can use our complaints process.

Emergency calls

You can call 999 and 112 free from your Simp line. Your simp and your AI number cannot call 999 or 112.

Keeping your number

To keep your number when you leave, cancel your plan in the Simp app and request your transfer code there. You can also text PAC to 65075 from your Simp phone without cancelling: your plan then ends when your number moves to your new provider, and any billing period that starts before then is still due. Give the code to your new provider. It is free.
