How to book a taxi or minibus for a group

Tell the firm how many people and bags, the exact pick-up time and address, and ask for the fare before you book. For an early start, book the day before. Or set your simp to call the firm, and it asks you before agreeing to the fare.

What you can do yourself.

The airport, a wedding, a match or a night out: these work for most group journeys.

    Say how many people and how many cases. It decides whether you need a large car or a minibus.

The catch: the larger cars are booked first, and the firm's phone is busiest at exactly the times people need a car.
